Instant Milk Protein (Instantised Casein) OR Milk Protein Concentrate (Micellar Casein).

Listed Benifits are the same Sligh diff in price though.
Any one know? Cheers

Hehehe, it ain't that bad if you mix it with some whey. It is even better mixed with milk.

As for gritty/chalky, wms IS a bit grim but does the job very well imho.

MPC is fine you bunch of panzies.

As long as you mix it in a blender there is no issue with the taste. I go through 50/50 MPC and WPC - predominantly in milk.

Instant Milk Protein is their new Milk Protein Concentrate and will replace the latter when MP's stocks run out.

Bought a kilo of the Intant Milk Protein and it even mixes well with a fork in a glass.

The Milk Protein Concentrate mixes really badly and has a very chalky aftertaste
