currently loading up and have taken 5g scoops but its gone right thru me 2 times now.

Should i reduce dosage? maybe down it with a meal, anything to slow down its transit in my system? dont like the runs robbing me bod of other nutrients too!!

dont load it mate

take 5g ED with carbs (like oats or fruit juice)

These days loading generally means 10g/day, but either way, if you're experiencing side effect nastiness, I'd lower the dose.

yes lower the dose and lower it by a good margin aswell. then work your way up slow. that front loading week long recommendation from the companies is old hat IMO and not needed. i never do it, nor do i miss it. i wouldnt bother. if 5g goes through you, use 2g. doesnt sound alot but you will soon work up to 5g and like you say, the runs robs you of goodies and dehydrates you - not good for the gym, or for people generally
