They don't exist.

Either eat to gain muscle or to lose fat, not both.

Eat less or more cardio output (assuming your whole diet is fairly good (research)).

Patience.

weights or cardio wont do it. Never worked for me. The more you do the hungrier you'll get and you'll eat to replace what you've burned.
Its all down to eating less and being a bit hungry. To supress the hunger try eca - it'll halve your appiete and up your energy for a period of time.

so shall we all give up then ? as cardio and weights dont work, today i burnt 500 cals it hasnt made me anymore hungry than i am usually

eating the right foods, the right fats at the right times with around 2-4 litres of water a day and you shouldnt be hungry

if your under eating by around 1000 cals then yes you will be hungry and it wont be the extra food you eat it will be the type of foods you eat because your so hungry after not fueling yourself in the firstplace.

if the original poster does a search for fat burners, diet pills, lose weight etc then you will get a couple years and a few hundred posts all with quality information to get you on track

not the best advice i have seen tbh. This is due to you either battering your CNS and not resting enough or your output is too high or your input is too low.

I am not an expert on such but I would suggest posting your diet for review . Lots of helpful people here who will point out any faults .

I have been fat reducing/cutting for 10 weeks now with good success and can honestly say I have only felt hunger on 1 or 2 days and thats has been due to my own fault of not having the right meal . Eat a good clean diet with right balance and even in deficit I don't beleive you need to feel like eating all the time .

From my own experience the most important aspects to lose fat have been

1) Diet - get it 100% .
2) Output - cardio and weights - review what you doing against goals and adjust as needed
3) Patience- took years for me to put the fat on , it will take a while to get it off properly especially if only aiming to lose fat and not muscle .

Only after making sure that is right and a good few weeks/months of following this should you consider look at ECA or other'fat pills' . None are wonder pills . They offer a small % increase in overall progress . Some also come with side effects etc . Simply taking them to half your appetite is not a good solution , it will probably mean you lose weight but probably not the weight you want .
