aahh okay...

But i guess if you refused to let them look at your medical records they could get suspicious?

If it was a condition of getting the job then I guess it's 'game over' if you refuse to release them.

More and more firms seem to be insisting on medicals & obtaining medical information on prospective employees. Except in certain obvious jobs such as where the public may be put at risk I can't say I'm too much of a fan of this trend.

My suspicion is that you will be asked to give a history, followed by some basic and non-invasive tests. They might also write to your GP asking for details of any previous / existing health problems that would be relevant. If the company has a strict drug policy then of course this might also be a question that they ask the GP.

nope so unless they ask me for permission they wont b having a look and if they ask ill have to let them and explain the reasons for my use,hopefully they will be sympathetic of my ermm medical issues and accept teh trt

make an appointment and talk to your doctor. not an emergency appointment. your gp will make an assessment and leave out details or add if you're fit for job. talk
edit. but if not fit : your doctor will say
