Beef Chow Mein
Egg Fried Rice
Crispy Duck (with plum sauce, pancakes and cucumber)
Sweet & Sour King Prawn Balls
Did all the above in one sitting on last years bulk. Reminds me in my younger day's when I used to finnish a KFC bargain bucket on my own.......man I love food !

i personally dont even see chinese as a cheat meal
a decent portion of rice with boiled chicken curry+veg (i pour off most off the curry as i like my rice dry) is a pretty clean bulking meal IMO?
oooh my favorite is chicken sigapore fried skinny noodles with extra chill and veg mmmmmmmmmm very greasy where i get it though! i can hear my heart screaming nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooooooo
