Hey fellas, haven't been on here for nearly a year (have been hitting the gym recreationally all the while), glad to see members are still as helpful as ever, I need you all now the most.. Playing Rugby for Towson (US college), dealing with exams, pulling all nighters and not eating properly have all completely F*cked me over and now im weighing in at a mere 150lbs..

Diet plan as follows:

TIME MEAL Protein Carbs Calories

5:00 AM Wake Up from nap- Homemade Shake 55 64 650
(cottage cheese, oats, whey, milk)

6:AM Back to Sleep

1:00 PM Wake Up - 1 serv whey w/ water 22 3 120
1:30 PM Bagel 10 50 270
Fruit

3:30 PM Weight room
5:00 PM 2 servings weigh w/ water 44 6 240

5:30 PM 2 Slices Pita Bread 14 84 400
Filling-Pita
Milk 16 26 300
Fruit

8:30 PM Wholewheat bread (O) 6 25 130
filling - 2 eggs 12 0 210
Yogurt 5 33 170

11:30PM Total Cereal w/ milk 10 36 250
Pasta 14 84 400
Orange Juice 2 26 110

TOTAL: 210 437 3250


The times are unusual because of me working two jobs (meal two is basically my breakfast)... I will also be eating one or two miscellaneous snacks throughout the day and downing water throughout... ALL CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM APPRECIATED MATE

You seem to be getting most of your fats from milk..

Looks to be a lot of liquid calories in there.

As Mick says, no sign of healthy fats of EFAs either...

Foods to eat for omega 3 content -

Flax seeds, flax oil, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, anchovies, pilchards.

Foods to eat for omega 6 content -

Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, rape seed, soybeans, olive oil, grapeseed oil, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, borage oil, chestnut oil.

Foods to eat for omega 9 content -

Canola oil, sunflower oil, olives, avocados, almonds, peanuts, sesame oil, pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts.

alright so throw in a serving or two of dried nuts a day.. and i'll be substituting some meals with mac n' cheese or tuna.. i know mac n' cheese is a cheat meal but im a hard gainer so it should be alright.. nething else?

No veggies, are you alergic to them?

Once youve made the changes try it for 1-2 weeks, monitoring weight and how you both feel(energy wise, hunger wise) and look in the mirror.
Cut portions a bit if you gain to fast, increase if too slow.

how come i would cut portions if i was gaining too fast ?? i mean ideally i would love to just inflate over night lol

Because gaining to much weight to fast would be a sign of fat gain, according to real life results and some science its estimated .5lb/week is a rough maximum muscle gain we natural bodybuilders can attain.

Anything more than this is going straight to those wobberly bits, you can inflate over night(a bit like michilin man). I'd recommend deep fried mars bars, kebabs, mac donalds, nuts, lard, greesy fry ups and numerous other calorie dense foods for that.

lol mmmm lard, delicious.. but on a serious note i understand your point, i will be supplementing with creatine so .5/lb per week is low ballin (nd i know that creatine gives you water weight gain)
