if i want to move from a cut to a lean bulk, initially would i just drop all my cardio?
then depending on what my weight does, increase carbs as needed?

i would drop the morning cardio personally and limit the sscv to twice a week after weights and on one of your off days do some HIIT or look into Tabata or circuit training

you can if you want mate. See how you fare with the diff cardio schedule. If you arent gaining after 2 weeks up the carbs and fats till you start to gain

That would be a good amount to gain, 2lbs per month.

You need to up your food mate, doesn't seem like a lot of food there.

Increase your carbs and fats weekly, until you get to where you want to be.

nah it isnt a lot, but still it seems personally for my body its just enough to lose about a lb a week or less.
