if i want to move from a cut to a lean bulk, initially would i just drop all my cardio? then depending on what my weight does, increase carbs as needed?

ORIGINAL: theiopener you can if you want mate. See how you fare with the diff cardio schedule. If you arent gaining after 2 weeks up the carbs and fats till you start to gain cheers i was hoping it would be that simple. 1lb a fortnight isnt it?

ORIGINAL: OoOGazOoO That would be a good amount to gain, 2lbs per month. You need to up your food mate, doesn't seem like a lot of food there. Increase your carbs and fats weekly, until you get to where you want to be. nah it isnt a lot, but still it seems personally for my body its just enough to lose about a lb a week or less.
