how many eca tabs a day should i be taking for fat loss?

also i have T5's but wasnt going to start taking them till ive finished my eca due to them being stronger?

how many T5's a day should i take?

is T5 just eca? what else is in it?

for me 30mg eph and 200mg of caffiene 3 times a day tolerance permitting. or there abouts.

do a search to get the details of T5s im not too sure.

i just use 1 t5, i take it at 6 30 am and it lasts for nearly the whole day
