Due to the nature of my work, I tend to 'graze' throughout my working day (7:30am - 5:00pm) rather than eat set meals.

My normal 'diet' between these hours would consist of - in no particular order:

1 tin tuna
2 pieces fruit
1 small tub cottage cheese
1/2 chicken breast with salad including various seeds etc.
1 cereal bar
1 pack sesame snacks
3 oatcakes with peanut butter

I am 5'11", weigh 88kgs and am on a bit of a cut while trying to hold some of my recent muscle gains.

Would I be better off trying to regiment my meals and eat at specified times or does this 'grazing' mean my body is being constantly supplied with the necessary nutrients? Any thoughts welcome

Sam

Makes no difference m8. Its total calories & macros that count. As long as your getting everything you need the results will be no different.

There have been a couple of similar posts recently so search them out for more details.
