Short-term you could do a low-carb/high protein diet with loads of cardio. You will lose muscle and water though and will probably put the weight back on (and more) when you return to normal diet. Also you can't predict where fat will be lost - except to say that the belly area is always the last as it contains a higher proportion of fat cells. In that time you could lose between 4-7lbs, but it won't be mostly fat.

Hmmm bit of a worry that i could put more on after, but thanks for the advice, im quite tempted to go for the burn and train my little behind off for the next two weeks and see where that gets me. If i could even just get my tummy more toned i might be happy with that.

Reduce calories. Fasted a.m. cardio. This is what I would do.

Only really got time for a 15 minute run in the mornings. Is this enough to help?

No - fasted cardio is normally 60-65% MHR and therefore needs between 45-60 mins as it is low intensity. Can't you get up an hour earlier?

You can either make excuses or get results...but you can't do both!

If it's just for a few weeks I would do an Atkins-type diet, fasted a.m. cardio for at least 40 minutes and evening cardio too. It's hard but it'll be worth it hon!!
