Very tidy lifts. It may sound odd, but I'm particularly impressed by the economy of the set-up: by the time that most people would be looking up for the 'Squat!' command, he's already racking!

I'm also glad that the lift was passed on depth. The IPF has recently received a lot of criticism for requiring excessive depth (don't know how valid this is, but the opinion has been stated), but this one (from this angle) seemed just to squeeze below legal (according to the official definition). Good call!

Bravo to all concerned!

The vid might not do him justice, but he looks fecking tiny!!! Amazing lifts. I feel very weak in comparisson considering I am SO much bigger and taller than him!!
