Dont be all doom and gloom. Pain in this area can be contributed to a whole host of things and not necessarily kidney failure. Kidney failure incidentally does not usually cause any pain.
However, I am not a clinician and I'm sure this wont be the first reply that will tell you to go to the docs and stop self diagnosing.

As above im going GP Thurs to sort it. It kinda comes and goes, I Belave ( in my head ) That my mind and body are 1. And my Body the kidney is telling my Brain its on its last legs.
Not Hypochondriac mate lol  serious feels like its packing up, Just hope the other one dont pack up. lol

Its more likely to be a kidney stone or infection than it is all out renal failure - if it's your kidney in distress it should feel a bit like lower back pain.
Is your urine clear/ blood free ?
Has the pain woken you up?
Has the pain made you vomit?
If the answers are yes, no and no then I reckon you'll be OK.
If not, prepare for a hideous onslaught of pain and misery

If your taking supplements stop taking them leave it a week or more see if the pain or movement goes on the left side if it does its the supplements I had the same problem but worked out what mine was.
Im now on my very last ever supplement myprotein with no added CRAP in it at all Unflavoured 100% whey the best protein out there and contains nothing else added FREE of fillers, sweeteners, flavourings and thickening agents this Unflavoured if this stuff dont work and it causes anymore pain on the left side or movement all my supplement days will be over simple.
Unflavoured Impact Whey thats the stuff been using last 3 days and will see how it goes this month or week or next week and go from there.

whats your job? cause a floating kidney is common in truck drivers and cabbies ........... but don't freat its probably a infection

Clear - Some times of late Blood free yes no blood
I think its woken me up few tims , Finding it hard to go sleep some time
no no vomit.
It comes and goes cheer for info sounds liek Gp will give me defo answers

FFS "my kidney is packing up cos it hurts a bit, altho I am not being sick and just feel a bit bad"

I have one Kidnee - It was removed when i was very young because of an infection and i'm still here!
