I've been reading up on cissus-drol and i've decided to give it a go. It seems ideal for me as no pct and thats the main thing that worries me about steroids and pro hormone.

My porblem seems to be how much to take and for how long. I've read people advise normal dose, some double and some even triple. Also how long should i take it for.

I'm 6 ft 1
13.8 stone
bf is 15%

My goal is to pack on as much lean mass as possible with out adding fat (don't we all!)

I used 4/day and used 2 bottles, so 45 days worth.
I'm a similar weight, but abit shorter than you, if that helps.

Good, didn't do any before and after measurements, but strength and size seemed to increase.
After 7 days felt more "pumped" during and after workouts, and even the following couple of days.
Also lost a bit off my waist which is always a plus !

Never seen a triple dose before

It's best to split up doses as evenly as possible. Take each cap with a meal, roughly every 4 hours

I would definatly try more than 4 per day. I'm on my third week of Cissus-Drol and haven't noticed any difference at all (standard 3 caps a day) No lasting pumps, strength gains or anything.

I train with two other chaps that have also haven't noticed anything from Cissus-drol, unfortuantely it's been really disappointing, I'm not sure if I was expecting to much from the product after reading some outstanding reviews but it really wasn't worth it, in our case.

Just thought I would give you an honest reply, best to get a feel of everyones view.

I'm 12st 10lb with 15% BF

Maybe I needed a double dose?!

Interesting Griz...

Did you not have any increased focus in the gym or more aggression?

I noticed focus was the main with regards to points that stood out for the product, but then pumps were big in the gym and lasted quite long, and strength went up very nicely.

Ran Epidrol after and obviously kicked c-drol to the curb with strength and gains, which I expected, but I still swear by c-drol and a friend of mine took my advice and has also noticed decent mass gains in 2 weeks and have people commenting on his size.

He's running 3 ED

Hi Danaj,

Nope no focus or aggression increases at all. Pumps in the gym were good but no lasting effects on them out of the gym just the standard effects.

Maybe Epidrol is something I should look into for the future or maybe double dose CD for one last try?

DANNYC08 - Please don't let my comments put you off this product, it seems to have some awesome effects if you get the dose right.

Forgot to mention, what I have noticed is that, it absoletely knocks me out when I'm asleep to the point where I used to use the snooze button for 5 mins in the morning and now I need about 20 mins of snoozing then I still need to prize my eye open.

Also the strangest dreams ever.

Iv run 3 caps ed for 4 weeks with little effect.

I have just run 6 caps ed for 4 weeks.

Only things iv noticed are that i have a constant 'pump' especially in my arms and better recovery times and maybe a very slight strength increase.

I had better experiences running just hyperdrolx2 taking 4 each day, helped lean up quite well.

I've been running 4 caps cissus-drol and 2 caps Mass FX per day and my strength has gone through the roof, despite the fact that I'm on cutting calories and have dropped 7 pounds in the couple of weeks I've been on.

Bench press - max weight up by 20%
Leg press - up by 20%
Bicep curls and shoulder press - new PB by 10%.

My workouts feel really focussed, don't think I've actually put on any mass but wouldn't really expect to when cutting.

Will be interesting to see whether these strength gains continue over the next 6 weeks or they plateau off quickly. Will post my findings on here.

Edit: I'm about 5 foot 7 and weigh just under 13 stone for those interested in comparing dosages and results against size

I'll be lucky to get those results from a 14 weeks test+deca cycle, even with dbol as a kickstart!

For me the main benefit of cissus-drol was a feeling of 'well being' similiar to view most people have on gear but my strength did nto really increase, just constant pumps in my arms, delts and calfs and erections.

No cycles of either steroids / pro-hormones / test-boosters before...but at the same time I wouldn't describe myself a total newb, although in terms of knowledge compared to many on here I probably am.

The following is cut and pasted from my journal info:

Training background - long-term

I've trained on and off since I was about 16 - I probably hit my best shape in terms of mass and condition at around age 20 after 4 consistent years of training. However, a couple of non-lifting related injuries, followed by a year of backpacking (surviving on very little food but lots of booze) meant I lost a lot of my muscle and put on a fair bit of blubber around the belly. To be honest, my lean, mean, machine of a physique has never really recovered.....but hopefully this will change soon !

There have been periods during my 20s where I trained fairly consistently for a year or two, but then after changes with jobs, house-moving etc I didn't train for a year or two. In other words, I was taking two steps forward, then a couple of steps back. Also, whilst I was training, I just wasn't dedicated enough to ditch the Jaffa-Cakes and pork-pies in favour of the chicken, veg and oats !

Well, I've decided to stop fannying around and instead I'm gonna dedicate myself properly - with consistent hard lifting, cardio, correct nutrition, rest, supplementation etc.

Training background - recent

I started working out casually in around January 2007 but my nutrition was very poor. In August 2007 I decided to go on a bulk to add a little muscle and so improved the quality of my diet a fair bit from then on. I went from around 10 stone 10 in January 2007, to 11 stone 7 in August 2007, to my current weight of around 13 stone now. But the belly is not looking good at the moment LOL.

My short term goals

- 16 week cutting programme
- Reduce my bodyfat from it's current level of approximately 25% down to around 10%
- Maintain as much of my muscle as is possible whilst cutting


As you can probably see, I have some experience and have trained sufficiently to be considered intermediate. Although I'm glad to get my gains anyhow they come, if I'm still getting newb gains than all the better.

For full clarification purposes, the only other things I added at the same time as the cissus-drol and mass-fx was ZMA and creatine. From my past experience with creatine, this has very little effect on my strength - I am using it on a cut because of the fuller appearance it gives my muscles due to better hydration. As for ZMA, from past observations, I have only noticed any impact on my strength (and even then very mild) when my diet has been insufficient - but now it seems spot on (I'm just taking it as a precautionary measure) so this shouldn't have had too much effect.

Whilst I wasn't expecting much from the cissus-drol, I simply can't help but give it the credit for my gains !

Yeah seems about right- 'newb' certainly wasnt a slight on you dude- make all the big gains while you can! you've obviously got a decent enough diet and training regime going now so you're still in the 'honeymoon' period!
