I need the help of the members here because I have a good friend of mine who has reached a plateau in his arm training. He just can't get his arms to grow at all anymore, and I feel bad because my arms are going to dwarf his this summer 
if anyone has some good ideas please answer his question he posted at fitness-questions.com

Ideally we'd need to see what his routine is like before being able to make constructive suggestions
His diet may well need work too

or Ill bet money on it that he is totally overtraining his arms to death. Not giving them time to grow.

I find preacher curls really work well for me and hammer curls. I do 4sets 8reps, twice a week. Like with all bodybuilding its partly to do with genetics as I have found it really hard to build my chest.

At 18" that may be all they will grow. Thats massive anyway.

LOL you have to be joking, 18" is not massive by any means, 22" + is massive IMO.
