ok we all no there is loads of diferant protein shakes on the market but i was just wondering is there such thing as protien tablets for people like me that really finds it hard to keep down the shakes thanks

Here you go mate - Protein Bombs I'd try to get as much of your protein from solid foods as possible though really mate.You would spend a lot of money on those tabs to meet your daily requirements

iv tryed the one that mixes with water not sure wot make it was it was a mates but i olny had a mouth full and gaged strait away and im on a very tight budget so iv got some york one out of argos it tastes ok i supose but i feel so sick afterwards thats y i was wondering if there is a tablet form

unflavored whey from bulk suppliers and mix it with milkshake powder, i doubt youll gag if youre on a tight budget then you can drop the protein powders and increase your whole food intake

at the min im on 6.30.porage 10.30.rice and tuna. 3.00.rice and tuna. 5.30.fryed egg whites. shake b4 workout 9.30.a bowl of cereals starting 2nite what other things can i eat during the day to bump up my protein then guys my goals r to just pure cut as iv been dieting for ages now and iv gone from 14and a halv stone to 12and a halv stone if it matters im 6foot2

Ive read about people mixing the 3p angel delight with unflavoured protein in milk. Cant get cheaper than that! I admit it is hard to drink unflavoured whey in water, but as with anything, the more you do it the eaiser it gets! Edit - Try make some of these http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1300206/tm.htm I made some today for my diet and I admit there lovely

For starters, where's the fat, where's the fruit, where's the veg, and most importantly (imo), where's the variety? That's about a bland as you could get.
