Here you go mate - Protein Bombs

I'd try to get as much of your protein from solid foods as possible though really mate. You would spend a lot of money on those tabs to meet your daily requirements

unflavored whey from bulk suppliers and mix it with milkshake powder, i doubt youll gag

if youre on a tight budget then you can drop the protein powders and increase your whole food intake

Ive read about people mixing the 3p angel delight with unflavoured protein in milk. Cant get cheaper than that! I admit it is hard to drink unflavoured whey in water, but as with anything, the more you do it the eaiser it gets!

Edit - Try make some of these http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1300206/tm.htm I made some today for my diet and I admit there lovely

I'd get to work on that if I were you. For starters, where's the fat, where's the fruit, where's the veg, and most importantly (imo), where's the variety? That's about a bland as you could get.
