Poor sod cant do much more with his arms, he's injured!
Anyway daz, i think 17.5 inches are respectable inches!
Esp with an injury.
If i could keep 17.5 inches training them every other week, id be well happy.
Most blokes can only dream about having your arms anyway.
Your only a young man too aint ya? 24? Or am i confusing you with someone else?

How come you've had such bad luck with injuries then?

hard job (builder) combined with years of working 7 days a week, poor lifting at work and hammering the weight in the gym

wish i was 24, im 28! lol

im lucky that my tris are a good area naturally, its them that make up the majority of my arm size, id say most people with bis my size would have arms in the 16 inch region.

bis havent been trained directly for months, tris every 2 weeks

i ran the gh for 5 months, and it was great, i looked and felt good when i was using, would definatley still be on now if finances allowed. price that i can get it for has shot up from just affordable and justifiable to way out of reach

Daz finally gets over his body image concern then you go and remind him that he ain't no spring chicken any more thus setting him off on a spiral of depression as the thought of growing old overcomes him.

You're mean bb..........

Mate your a big guy, you have a powerful looking physique
great quad sweep, good arms and lats, delts..
You look big and you got good symmetry.
Dont worry about feeling small, i get this all the time, i think for me its mainly to do with looking small in clothes but just look at the average joe physique then look at yours
