i no iv posted it on other post but i want this post to be soly on my diet so if anyone can help and rearange it for me that wil be great.

im a 6foot2 male 23 years old and curently weigh 12and a halv stone.my goal now is to cut and start trying to get some muscle showing thats been hidding away all my life.my diet is as follows:

i think iv got the sums wright;

6.30am.
30grams of oats,
=30grams carbs
=10grams protien
=6grams fat

10.30am.
50grams rice,
=38grams carbs
=15grams protien

halv tin tuna.
=12grams protien
=4 grams fat.

2.30pm
same as above

5.30pm.
5 fryed egg wights.
=40grams protien

2 slicese of bread.
=32grams carbs
=2grams fat

9.30pm
a bowl of sereals dont no what yet as not started eating at this time yet

i wouldnt have cereal at 9.30 mate try and keep carbs in the first half of the day if on a cut. have a good protine source before bed.
eatting at 10.30 and then again at 2.30 is to long of a gap without food should be eatting every 2 and a half to 3 hours.
You need more protine, you've got to keeps this high to hold on to muscle.
add more protine at breakfast and before bed.

also get some efa's in there.

diet needs a little bit of work me thinks, others on here will probally help you more....

any tips on protien food then mate iv had some tips but more would be great

Think you may want to check your calculations....

30g oats = 30g carb + 10g protein + 6g fat ?! thats 46g from 30g oats.

Fruit? Fibrous veg? EFAs?

Really needs some work mate, what are your goals?

o ye ill need to check that again my goals r to cut and hold some muscle i do need some work on it im trying to sort it out but its hard

Yeah it can be confusing..

I would suggest reading up on the subject before tackling the diet plan. Check out the diet and nutrition articles they are a great place to start!
