hi all

my better half is on a mad diet but would like to know her ideal weight,she has been on various websites and recons a lady of 5 foot 2 should be 8 stone i think thats madness!!!!!

Any ideas? or any links to a decent chart?

there is no such thing as ideal total weight

what is best to go on is body composition. someone can be 8st and be ideal weight but still be classed as obese/skinny/ideal (depending on stats etc)

A chart cannot tell you your ideal weight, she should go by how she feels and looks and how comfortable she is with herself.

None of that BMI bull. Most pro bodybuilders are obese then according to their BMI.
