i'm looking for an ab training program. i Know how to do sit ups, but having never really been a real enthusiast of ab training, i want to know what people find best, as i'm gonna start doing abs on my nonlifting days with a cardio session

Just crunches and hanging leg raises - very boring but gets the job done...plus at the moment lots of cardio.

Sit ups (I like Roman sit ups), leg/knee raises, some crunches and static work possibly. No real trick to it. The rest is BF reduction!

I like the cut of your jib sir! As I mentioned my favorite lift is a roman sit up or incline sit ups with some planks and the odd leg raise. Thats when I do train em!

I think its a god idea to cover your bases and gte some abb work in. It's not like you need all day doing them or even every week but at least have phases were you work em hard to maintain some all round strength there.

Your torso twists in a lot of different ways, if your want to make good gains train it as such.
