Guys, I'm home from Uni for a month, I have no access to a gym, (scary time indeed)

So far I have been doing the following every other day (soon to be every day)

Wide angle chins 3x10 (using a metal bar across my hatch to the loft)
pull ups 3x10 (same get up)
sit ups 3x12
Cruches 3x12
V-sits 3x12
Oblique twists 3x12

I do the abs exercises one after another ie do 12 sits, 12 cruches, 12 v sits, 12 obliques then rest, then do another "set"

Lats are killing the day after so they are obviously working. Going to incorperate some press ups tomorrow.
Any other tips for the gym deprieved?

I need home exercise tips please! With out the use of machines, I might be able to find a dumbell with around 17.5kg on it but this is my parents house so dumbells, barbells, plates etc are scarce!

And before anyone says get down the gym, the nearest gym is £10 per visit or £50 a month for a minimum of 3 months

pay for 3months and go for 1.

Freeze your account so that the next time you go back you've got 2months remaining.

I'm near abergavenny in South wales. I also cant train when I want to because my car is not taxed or insured, due to me not using it while being away. I can get lifts to the gym with my bro or mates as they all train, but I was hoping people could suggest some decent home exercises, or is there no such thing and I will have to pay for the gym?

also I was planning on running but I used to run 3miles every day a couple of years ago and although I was very fit I wasnt cut, so I was going to do some hill sprints to burn calories. Are these good at stripping fat?

just do your own form of hit training mate,
i personally sprint to a lamp post, jog to the next, sprint to the next, etc

and if you can fly in and out of things, i do it with trees

Sounds like a good idea, I've never really understood the whole fat burning thing, how you can run your ass off but if its not at the right level of intensity its unlikely to shift the fat.
Thanks for the tips btw

Not really a great idea cutting when you have no access to weights.

I wouldn't do that routine everyday either.

That could be your A workout and for B have a push ups (wide for chest, close for triceps) and handstand push ups if you can do them.

Hamstrings- calf under a bed and do ham raises with a pillow under your nees.
Triceps - bench dips between two chairs, close grip push ups
chest - wide grip push ups, dips between two tables
shoulders - hand stand push ups
Back - If you can hold your body parallel/near parallel, nees up and rolled into a ball while hanging from a chin up bar you can do rows. chins as you said.
Quads - body weight squat.

LOL Ketchup bottle

Good ideas Jack, I'll do some kinda alternate workout A and B, maybe chest and tris back and bis. I'll be back in the gym on 30th may this is just so I dont lose strength in the meantime.

In a way training at home is better, no distractions like mates in the gym, have whatever music you like, training old skool like Rock! lol
