My diet at the moment is mostly chicken / tuna / salmon / eggs / protein shakes supplemented by veg / humous and cheese. I was just wondering how good / bad is cheese? i normally go through 400g in 4 days. It is a weakness of mine and i have it with almost everything. Its the only "bad" thing in my diet at the moment. Also, i am about to order egg whites from liquideggwhites.com however can i mix these whites with a yolk? should be fine i assume but better to ask :P Cheers

yes you can mix the LEW with a yolk, in which case why not just use whole eggs cheese is fine if it fits in with your diet, nothing bad with it at all

Buy real eggs, dump the yolks. It works our cheaper, when you factor in postage costs from what i saw. 10p an egg.... 30 eggs, £3. Plus you get the yolks and dont need to freeze them or buy a new freezer to fit them all in.
