same problem mate but i work nightshift so my problem is sleeping during the day. honestly the only way i sleep is by totally bursting a gut in the gym in the morning after work. after that i don't have an option i just KO for several hours.

Sleep like a top to be honest, if anything staying awake is the problem, anything on TV after 10pm has to be watched and taped. Half of them I finish watching the next day

did have some, take 1.5mg melatonin now, seems to help when i cant get sleep have some fcuked up dreams though
