hello, i just started this training program and i am just askin for some advice. im new to weight training. im training for upper body strength and a bit more size in shoulders, chest, legs and arms. im been training for only 1 month but im pretty keen and motivated. this is my workout.. Leg press 10x3 bench press 10x3 lat pull-downs 10x3 shoulder press 10x3 upright row 10x3 tricep push downs 10x3 curls 10x3 situps 10x3 roman chair 10x3 i do this work out 3times a wk. am i over training?? should i break it up a bit (mon arms shoul, wed bak legs, fri chest) and are there any other exercises that u would recomend? ive been workin on my diet and i think im doin pretty well. any comments suggestions would be great. thanks

Id say that was an ok program for the first month to get your body use to weight training, but Id recommend that you split your routine up now. If you can only do 3 days a week then something along the lines of day1: Chest tri Day2 back bi day3 shoulder legs. Something along there anyway. Id say you should try and do 4 days a week cause legs you would want to train alone in an ideal world!
