Without opening too big a can of worms, just be careful on who "claims" to be drug free. Arnie, et all "claimed" for along time to be drug free. In a day and age where rugby players to table tennis players use some form of PED's, take things with a pinch of salt.

Wouldn't know either way, and not worth discussion, rather to ingest salt!

there is a poll/thread in the Power and Strength section about rep ranges mate. I do anything from singles to 8 depending on the aim for that workout, and how much energy/strength I have! I listen to my body alot as I don't want to over train.

MT member DeepSquatter is a massive fella and is drug free.

You're going to be genetically limited to what size/strength you're going to ultimately be able to achieve. The fun part though is trying to reach that point, and I dare say none of us ever really will

a drug free body builder can get no where near the size of a drug assisted body builder. it would seem though in terms of powerlifting the gap can be made mcuh closer with time and dedication. due to the fact though that steroids work a drug assisted athlete will always be faster/stronger/bigger that his non assisted equal (in terms of natural ability). the variables are huge though and outside of bodybuilding as i say the gaps are closer between assisted and non assisted strength athletes. as for who is on what that debate never goes anywhere but in the USA no one can admit they are using steroids as this would be a criminal offence, what does anoy me though is guys that clearly use banging on about being natural when they clearly are not.
