thanks, just a couple of questions on this meal plan

1. Can chicken by swapped for a cheaper source of protein, ie whey in water?
2. The breakfast says 3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, whats the best way of doing this? with normal eggs? also would 2 normal eggs instead make much difference?
3. on non training days, should anything be taken after 3pm and before 7.30pm?

1 - Yes, just dont rely too much on whey.

2 - You could make an omelette from the whites and the yolk.

On non-training days you lose pre workout and PWO, yes.

but how do you get 3 whites and 1 yolk? does it mean using 3 eggs and tipping out the whites?

Yes.

Just separate the whites from the yolks.

Yes, that would be ok.

Would be a little more fat, but not a great deal of difference.
