after some great advice on my diet I have managed to get from a fat 15.5 stone last year to a lean 14.4 stone at present. I am very pleased with the way my muscles have developed as I am a natural trainer and been at it pretty hard since February time. I am going to go on a 6 week "no holds barred" cut which I will do everything to get to my goal.

I am sticking with my current diet as it is very protein rich.

Today I have recieved my supps to get me the extra edge and would like to know how you guys & girls think I should consume them?

Thermopure
L-Carnitine
Caffeine tabs (for a bit of extra go)

I am 6" 1' and currently sitting at 202lbs. I am adding cardio into my training 4 mornings a week and 3 evenings. Morning consits of a mixture of 45 minute bike/light bag work and evening consists of HIIT or spinning.

I am looking to lose BF and increase fitness

sorry, I should have made it a bit clearer. Just wondering how I should take the supps and wether there are specific doses for somebody my size/height

ahhh i see,

i have recently used thermopure, i took just used 1 cap thermopure and 1 pro plus 3 x per day last one about 4pm.

what dose caffene do you have?

You know the key to cutting is diet/cardio right dude ?
