sorry to sound like an annoying parent but Its a bit to much and fiddly, to much of some stuff and not enough of other, If your able I would want to change it to something like this It may seem like not many excercises but they really are all you need especially at your stage of development: monday: Deadlift bent over BB row Barbell Curls wednesday: seated BB shoulder press bench dips friday: Squat SLDL calfs/abs the cardio is fine, are there any excercises you dont know what they are on this list? or any you cant do at the gym? if not let me know what equipment youve got and we'll see if we can come up with a plan, but you have to add some decent leg excercises in.
