Thanks mate there is no point to me asking if I don't listen! lol
I am drawn on if I want to bulk or if I to lose weight but main thing is I want to get better than a jelly baby! I am so pleased with my weight loss and I am giving this 100% I really am.
I don't quite know what shake to go for as I think progain is to heavy and maybe protein extracts not enough! As some said on here would garnell nutritions whey gain is good?
I need to make a program yet but I need to really know what I want to build a program but normally
Monday
3 x 10 heavy set incline bench press with db
3x 10 heavy set flat bench press with db
3 x 10 heavy set flat fly's
Sitting up bench press machine 3 x 6 full stack 140kg

Tri
Pyramid sets on wires with rope
Do more but can't remember the names but still 3 x 10 heavy reps.

Run for 10-15 mins then 20 -25 min swim


tues
rest

wed

Shoulders and biceps
3 x 10 hammer curls
3x 10 bicep curls
3 x 10 preacher bench

3 x 10 medium weight vertical lift
3x 10 heavy weight shoulder press
3 x 10 heavy weight side lifts

10-15 mins run 20-25 min swim

thurs
rest

Friday
Back
3 x 10 heavy lat pull downs
3 x 10 heavy back presses
3 x 10 bent flys
Loads of abs
15 min run 25 min swim

Sat
Rest

Sun rest

I am really sorry I don't know all the names so I have tried my best but my mate has been training for years so he shows me what to do as we train together.

sorry to sound like an annoying parent but Its a bit to much and fiddly, to much of some stuff and not enough of other, If your able I would want to change it to something like this It may seem like not many excercises but they really are all you need especially at your stage of development:

monday:
Deadlift
bent over BB row
Barbell Curls

wednesday:
seated BB shoulder press
bench
dips

friday:
Squat
SLDL
calfs/abs

the cardio is fine, are there any excercises you dont know what they are on this list? or any you cant do at the gym? if not let me know what equipment youve got and we'll see if we can come up with a plan, but you have to add some decent leg excercises in.

My gym is bit rubbish and doesn't even really have a bar and no where for dead lifts which is a shame. It’s a normal leisure center really so I will change it soon. sldl I am unsure of? I was leaving legs as mine are already massive and don't like to big a leg so should I do it anyway? Also how many reps and so on as I hear to many things to know what is right for fat loss but lean bulk
