my mate aged 26, weight 13.7 stonne, training 4 years natural..
for second course is doing 1000mg sus 400 mgs each week for 8 weeks??
this bit much or ok?? first course was similar...

I think you must have misunderstood him.
Hes either doin 1000mg per week or 400mg/w!
400mg/w for 8 weeks is well over 1000mgs (1grm)
If its 1000mg i would hazard a guess and say its too much, if 400mg/w fine!

How tall is he?
At 13 stone 7lb it sounds like he could do with some diet advice, that's unless he's pretty short and very lean.

hes 4 weeks into cycle, is due jab tonight, thinking of dropping it to 500mgs of sus a week, will this **** things up now,???
i told him 1000 mgs is too much, most ive done is 500mgs

Shyne, 13 stone 7 isn't that heavy at all. I weigh 16 stone and am 5'10'' - and can still see my top two abs.
@ Juicer404, i'd stay at 1000mg per week, a bit late to change things now. The last 4 weeks sust will be starting to kick in nicely any moment, and so to cause a drastic change in blood levels might not be productive at this time. Plus, if its his first cycle the gains will be amazing. This is just my opinion though, make sure your mate has an AI on hand in case of sides at that dosage,
