hi, need some pro advice and help on creating a routine currently what im doing I dont think is gettin me the gains I want as fast as they could be achieved let me know what info you want from me to allow you to do this Many thanks in advance for someone taking the time to do this sav

When you posted your routine in my journal I replied and gave quite abit of of advice. Have a read, page 28 I think mate.

The routine doesn't look great. You have a day for arms and a day for abs but nothing for legs? A 3 or 4 day split will probably benefit you. Have a look at the sticky threads at the top of the forum And don't neglect your legs! Do you want to be *that* guy with the impressive upper body and the matchstick legs? Some more ideas for back exercises, since you asked: Deadlifts Bent over rows Cable rows T-bar rows
