hi,
need some pro advice and help on creating a routine

currently what im doing I dont think is gettin me the gains I want as fast as they could be achieved
let me know what info you want from me to allow you to do this

Have a read through the articles section mate, or post up your current routine, goals and stats...

3 x 8 russian leg twist
3x8 v sit ups
3x8 leg raises
3x8 crunches

tue arms
3x8 preachers
3x8 hammer curls
3x8 DB raises
3x8 skull crushers
3x8 tricep raises/extensions

wed chest
3x8 bench
3x8 flys
3x8 alt DB raises
five a side football

thur day off

fri shoulders
3x8 DB raises
3x8 DB presses
3x40 shrugs

sat back and lats
3x8 wide grip lat pull downs
3x8 side raises
3x8 lat pulls
(need some more back and lat exercises)

sun abs
as above

When you posted your routine in my journal I replied and gave quite abit of of advice. Have a read, page 28 I think mate.

You could separate your routine a lot better than that... Some excercises look randomly placed too..

and as for Shrugs.. 3x40 shrugs LOL

WHERE'S THE SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS???? ARE YOU A MAN?!

The routine doesn't look great. You have a day for arms and a day for abs but nothing for legs?

A 3 or 4 day split will probably benefit you. Have a look at the sticky threads at the top of the forum

And don't neglect your legs! Do you want to be *that* guy with the impressive upper body and the matchstick legs?

Some more ideas for back exercises, since you asked:

Deadlifts
Bent over rows
Cable rows
T-bar rows

yes i have picked up that my routine is kinda random, hence the post to be fair.
the shrugs aint at like 100kg man LOL
