Yeah worth noting that all three of these guys have always been skinny, i'd describe them all as ecto.

The whole ectomorph and whatever else is nonsense?
What do you mean, i find that its a easy way to just describe those who stay lean easily.. or are lean and muscular or "get by looking at a cake ". Of course its just a stereotype, but usefull for spliting us into similar categorys.

Yeah does AAS effect the partitioning of calories then? Not read a single thing about them yet

edit: Retyped stuff

AAS upreg pro synthesis

this process and the resulting signaling creates the 'partitioning' effect

Brittas, are you going to be our guinea pig?

No way!!!

I don't want to actually eat junk, I was just curious.

I'm cutting at the min so I'm afraid I won't see a McDonalds in a good few months!

Really?

Please expand mate:

The psychoanalytical aspects Sheldon tried to develop
The actual measurement parameters that are used or
The idea that a score/type can have some baring on a cohorts potential for body composition change?

I'd be interested to hear.

Increased glycogen synthesis is another significant facet of this.

EDIT: Though I should add that if you go into the research it's not universally accepted - lots of study design and ethics problems here though.
