I your traing arms on they're own day, what way do you break it down. Is it bicep, tricep, bicep, tricep, bicep, tricep, etc. Or would you do your Bicep Exercises first and the your tricep exercises?

Welocome to MT Jreg, it depend upon your preference, there is not right or wrong way. You can do a) all one muscle groups exercises together, b) do one bi's movement then one tri's movement or c) mix them using supersets. My preference is often A or C

OK good stuff, at the end of the day - if it works do it - when 'it' stops working, go somewhere else - remember there is no best way, changing things up can be an advantage
