I've never really been one for measurements but I took a few last night just to keep a track.
I'm not sure though what would be considered proportionate measurements, any idea?
This is just generally speaking as obviously there will be many variables and extremes.

I think your calf should be the same as your arm. Which should be the same as your neck? Or something like that. Theres some kind of system like that. Can't quite remember it.

It varies but there are some vague 'rules'

Your upper arm (flexed), neck and calf - should be roughly equal - though the calf can be slightly less than the other two.

And they should be 65-70% the size of the thigh

Forearms vary and there is no set rule - as it depends on wrist size (which there is little you can do to train)

Chest to waist there is no rule - just the bigger chest the better

i always wonder if you say this because your arms are your best body part or one of them

ime most non trainers walk round with bigger calves than there upper arms and this should continue through training to be in proportion

But the proportions of a person change when they BB. Their chest to waist ratio increases a lot along with other types of ratios.

I also had an altercation with the coffin at the same funeral, although it didn't look like a coffin to me. An easy mistake to make in my opinion.
