i put a cup of oats with 3 or 4 scoops of reflex whey yummy

i agree, honey doesnt taste great at all in porridge is a weird taste imo dont know how you can like it

I use a ton of splenda, some honey, cinemen, some california rasins (good handful), and then a sprinkle of sugar.

lol some of you are sick! cold porridge

but some good ideas and i just was eating them plain and finding it really hard, taking about 15 mins for a bowl cause it was that horrible but i will try a few ideas and see what works.

I cook my oats in microwave or on the hob (unless making a shake). But it always take ages to cool down, any suggestions?

i love porridge

warm - with peanut butter stirred in, or cinammon or ginger

cold - couple of spoons of oats, spoonfull or allbran, branflakes, chopped nuts, raisins and a scoop of choc whey - its lush!!
