im gathering in for a deca and sust cycle. my source tells me to take the sust once a week, the same time as the deca. anybody ever take sust once a week? (its 250 a week, with 200 deca)

i would run it twice a week to keep blood levels abit more level IMO. What number cycle is this for you? and how long do you plan on the cycle being?

this will be my first mate. i will be running it for 8 weeks. thats another thing, he says to run the sust 1 week after deca because the deca will die off 2 weeks after last injection. i thought both were 3 weeks after last injection before starting pct. thanks mate

i would run 250 sus and 200 deca mon and thurs. (500 and 400 total). i wouldn't do it less than 10 weeks also.
yes i would stop the deca a week or two earlier aswell

I have been advised that shooting sus once a week will keep levels more steady reason being,
one a week sus shots actually give more stable blood hormone levels than twice a week. Toward the end of the week the short chain esters are clear leaving testosterone decanoate and a period of stability compared to a second spike from a second shot.
Who knows the answer to this??

Ok I will answer your question. you can run it both ways however I would run it twice a week but IMO 250 mg is to low esp if you are running Deca with it.
Deca shuts you down hard so you will need roughly twice the amount of test compared to your deca amount. So in other words you should run
Sus 500 mg a week
Deca 200 mg a week
You should run 250 mg of Sus and 100 mg of Deca on a monday
Then 250 mg of sus and 100 mg of Deca again on a Thursday.
This way should keep your blood levels stable.

You could also up the amount of deca if you wanted making it
Sus 500 mg a week
Deca 400 mg a week
doses taken every mon and Thurs
As long as your Test is a higher amount than the Deca you will gain well and not have any libido problems.

thanks a lot everyone. i appriciate it, but i dont want to take too much, i will be on a bulking diet when the time comes, and it might sound daft but i dont want to make too big gains, then everyone will know im on something. i was thinking more along noticable gains but not wow! cheers
