Hi guys,

Im into my 4th week of a 7 week cycle,

weeks 1-3 was,
Tren Ace - 75mg EOD
Propionate - 100mg EOD
Winny tabs - 40mg ED

Weeks 4 - 7 will be,
Tren Ace - 75mg - EOD
Propionate - 200mg EOD
Winny Tabs - 70mg ED

Now for PCT I have,
Clomid - 1 box, 20 tabs @ 50mg
Nolvadex - 2 boxes - 30 tabs per box @ 20mg

What would be the best way to have my PCT?

Any help greatly apperciated, Thanks in advance

I would run both Clomid and nolva together like this

day 1. Clomid 200 mg and Nolva 60 mg
The next 14 days are Clomid 100 mg and Nolva 40 mg

The next 14 days are then Clomid 50 mg and Nolva 20 mg

Thats it 4 weeks of a nice aggressive PCT this will kick start all your natural hormones.

IMO The standard 21 days of pct just isnt long enough people spend 12 weeks on a steroid cycle then expect to be able to get back to normal with a puny 3 week pct.
