All down to your goals, stats, lifestyle and circumstances. Eskimos may have issues with finding carbs, europeans may have issues with consuming omega 3

For who? I just said it depends on 4, plus many many other variables which ive probably forgotten. Are you a 2 year old toddler, or a 20stone bodybuilder? Do you lift weights, or sit in a chair all day watching corrie? There is no one answer, tell us your stats and goals and lifestyle and training and perhaps we can give you a ball park figure.
