Anyone watch this? He originally weighed 70 odd stone, after surgery and a gastric band hes now down to 30 or so. The surgery took 4 stone of fat deposits off each leg. Proper madness

Saw parts of it, but you sometimes wonder when he was 25 stone didnt he think that he was getting big and needed help? My friends mum died last april through Gastric Bypass complications, quite sad as i was talking to her about it when she was going through all the consultants

TBH,i don't have sympathy for people who are seriously obese through over-eating and laziness.If it is a medical condition then i do.But most people give it the old 'it's me glands','it's me metabolism'.Bollox. Not seen the programme but i am just talking in the general population. Don't fcuking eat so much!!.
