Does anyone know if it makes a difference whether you eat oats raw or cooked? i usuall blend mine into my protein shake for quickness, plus i dont like eating hot oats much.

Nah, I actually just discovered eating uncooked oats earlier lol. I've got these big ones and put them in a bowl added milk ready to go in microwave and they seemed kinda cereal like so I just munched on them raw.

Rolled oats are steamed before rolling so they're not raw. You can just soak them for a while before eating if you want.
