A good diet and cardio is the answer mate

High protine low carb diet will hold on to the muscle you've built and loads of cardio to burn the fat...

If you get it right you should cut up quite alot in 9 weeks...

It depends what level you are starting from but 9 weeks may not be enough to get where you want to go. It can be a trial and error process. First 2 weeks a lot of initial weightloss will happen from the low carb intake - water weight. After that it is a long, slow road to leanness.

Post up your diet for people to recommend changes and allow your routine to be more cardio based than weights.

Good luck.
