hey guys to cut it short i am in good shape and good size but got a flabby belly lol it has gotta go in 9 weeks for my holl was wondering if i cut my carbs and calls put keep the protein high or even add more protein is it possible to loose the belly and not loose any muscle or size in other places? ceers for any help.

Dont reduce your carbs too quickly.

What are your stats at the moment? ? ?

Post up your diet.
