i now see where the pic came from 
i have a phobia of eating infront of people which essentially means i will never take a lady on a date to a resturant, good luck with it 
get her to bring some cheap booze fella, asda have an offer on carling but avoid stella or the date may take a completely different turn

Well shes coming over take away and that, Im trying to Quite the Booze completely i mite end up having a glass of rose! But dont Fear Pics will be taken!
As explained matey just went to her till each week got chatty and asked her out ! ;)

i did once get free chicken from a young lady who worked on the counter in morrisons in st helens but i never got past that part
i may put your plan into action and make sure i do not have any embarassing items in my trolley
one of the girls on the checkouts on a wednesday night in asda *********** offered to dress up in pvc for me a few months ago, i now avoid her

I posted pic ins my Journal But no one reads it im not sure i think some Imporvment But would like other peoples comments i think its good for 5 weeks in ( Link in sig )
Training is good Increasing every week. I.e squat was 52.5kg last week 57.5kg this week. So all is good. Thanks

just had a look mate, good job with the cutting, i started my cut yesturday, wanted to continue bulking but due to injury im unable to lift, keep at it mate you are progressing well!

Start/Cut/Bulk ;)
Defo made some gains now 170Lb ish

I take your coment on board Roots mate however with regards the way your thread turned out I hope the fact that you weren't actually banned despite many members suggesting that's what action should be taken didn't go unnoticed / unappreciated.
The reason you weren't banned being due to the fact that you claimed that you didn't realise the comments in your post broke any forum rules and on realising your mistake you appeared 100% apologetic, hence we decided to cut you some slack and let the matter rest. After that we allowed you to restart your discussion in a similar topic and me and you had a nice little debate about musical tastes showing there was no hard feelings whatsoever on my / our part.
So you've been treat quite fairly really, despite claims made by certain parties (not yourself I should add) that you were dealt with too harshly and the mods (especially myself) were nothing more than a bunch of power crazed bullies.
However please let myself or one of the mod team know if you still carry any issues or gripes from what occured the other day so that we can sort any misunderstandings and put any probems that might taint your enjoyment of the forum to bed.
