cutting meal plan - May 15 2008 11:36:30

what do you guys think about this meal plan 8.00 - protein shake (about 50g protein with some complex carbs) 10.00 - pasturised liquid egg white drink or tin of tuna with wholegrain crisps 12.00 - meatbutty (ham, chicken, tuna or similar on a wholmeal roll, no butter), with a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese, 2.00 - pasturised liquid egg white drink or tin of tuna 4.00 - Protein shake or protein bar 5-7 training depending on what time i finish work (weights and cardio) 7.00 protein shake straight after training (about 50g protein with some complex carbs) 7.30 Dinner (protein, carbs and veg) 9.30 pasturised liquid egg white drink

i dont know what my weight is! i think im around the 15/16 stone mark. 6f 3. currently on a long 20 week steroid cutter. not as ripped as the picture (that was last summer) finished a bulker not long ago so want to loose the excess bodyfat and get ripped! using sus, tren e, masteron, proviron, hgh, t3 and var.

8am - lower the protein. What carbs do you have in that meal? ? ? 2pm and 4pm - incomplete meals. PWO - how many carbs? ? ? PPWO - as above, how much protein, carbs, fats, etc...? ? ? 9.30pm - incomplete. Your diet has no healthy fats of EFAs... Foods to eat for omega 3 content - Flax seeds, flax oil, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, anchovies, pilchards. Foods to eat for omega 6 content - Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, rape seed, soybeans, olive oil, grapeseed oil, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, borage oil, chestnut oil. Foods to eat for omega 9 content - Canola oil, sunflower oil, olives, avocados, almonds, peanuts, sesame oil, pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts.

this is whats in my shakes! i also add one scoop of a protein only whey (adding about 15 more grams) Energy 279 kcal Protein 42 g Total Carbohydrate 24 g of which Sugar 3.4 g Total Fat 1.7 g of which Saturated Fat 0.9 g Cholesterol 15 mg Dietary Fibre 3 g Sodium 0.37 g Vitamin A 400 µg Vitamin D 2.5 µg Vitamin E 5 mg Vitamin C 30 mg Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine) 0.7 mg Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin) 0.8 mg Niacin 9 mg Vitamin B6 1 mg Folic Acid 100 µg Vitamin B12 0.5 µg Biotin 0.1 mg Pantothenic Acid 3 mg Calcium 400 mg Phosphorus 400 mg Iron 7.5 mg Magnesium 150 mg Zinc 7.5 mg Iodine 75 µg Copper 1 mg Potassium 500 mg Selenium 33 µg Manganese 2 mg Chromium 50 µg Molybdenum 50 µg L-Glutamine 3.6 g Taurine 500 mg so to complete the meals at 2 and 4 shall i add some rice cakes? also snack on some mixed nuts! i do have cod liver oil tabs aswell as multi vits. i know i should eat more fruit and veg but would rather not!
