As title says really.

I havent had a stable diet for quite a while and Im looking to get back into the BB lifestyle.

Lifestyle: Office

Gym:
Weight training; x 4 ew (Mon;Tues;Thurs;Sat)
Cardio; x 3-4 times ew (At least 2 unfuelled stated i.e. after waking)

Goal:Steady cut

Current weight: 13 and a quarter stone ish (182-189 lbs)

Ill also be on one as well (ahem)

Can you guys clean my diet for me please. Meal times arent negotiable, perhaps give 30 mins MAX.
Fats are to be confirmed so need to calculate that but in terms of carbs and protein, am I good to go.

Just want to finalise it before I stick to a diet as I did before.

Thanks in advance.

Would lower the 3 scoops of whey mate and include another macronutrient in those meals, i.e. carbs or fats.

PWO - reduce the protein and include some carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin or weetabix/oats.

PPWO - too much protein, reduce that and increase the carbs instead.

22.45 - again, reduce the protein and include some healthy fats in there too.

Meals 2 and 4 have too much protein in my opinion too.

Cheers gaz.

Why lower 3 scoops? Also, I dont fancy adding carbs into those meals as I dont really need them since I dont have to move around so much because Im on my arse for most of the working day.

PWO - hows about eating a piece of fruit for fructose (simple sugars) as opposed to malto/oats?

PPWO - not sure bud mate, pretty happy with that, maybe another bit of fruit again as opposed to carbs.

Meals 2 and 4, okay bud, will cut down to 150g chicken / 45 g protein.

Ill add some efa caps into my before bed shake.

My plan is to get the 2g per lb of total bodyweight and go no higher than say 130-150g(MAX) of carbs ed.

Low carb days Im just taking out carbs from meal 2 and lower carbs in meal 8 cutting out a total of 45g carbs in total so for the day, ill be on 90g carb.

good to go?

Thanks for your time bud.

PWO - fructose isn't the best choice mate, as it doesn't do much in the way of replenishing muscle glycogen.

PPWO - too much protein mate, you could add some fruit there though, yes.

No problems mate.

this with MPC and fats
