Hey all just tweaking up my diet. Any ideas, tips, tricks would be great!

Current stats –
5 foot 11
67 KG
BF ~ 15%

Breakfast
Tablets – 1 X Centrum, 1X 500 mcg Chromium Picolinate, 1X 300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 1 X 25mg Gingko Biloba, 2 X cinnamon, 1 X krill oil tab
Food – 50g Oats, 200ml liquid egg white, 200ml semi-skimmed milk
Powder – 20g Whey Isolate, 25g Linseed, 1g Apple fibre pectin, 1g Psyllium Husks, 1g FOS
Oils –30 ml Udo’s 369, Ginseng

Notes: All ingredients whipped up in a food blender. Added cinnamon tabs really make it delicious, I’m tad lactose intolerant so I keep the milk low and dilute it with mineral water. Also my Whey Isolate contains Lactase to help with it.

Lunch
Tablets – 1 X Betaine, 1 X Udo’s enzymes, 1 X green tea, 1X Vit D3 5000 iu
Food – Low GI fruit 30 mins FIRST, Chicken, olives, 2 Oat cakes, Wholemeal pita bread, boiled barley, lentils.
Spices – Fresh Basil, Turmeric, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Parsley, Fenugreek, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Powder, Coriander, Pepper, chilli powder
Nuts/Seeds – 20g selection of Almond, Pine, Pistachio, Peanut, Cashew, Sesame, Sunflower, Pumpkin.
Powder – 8g Udo’s Greens

Notes: I’ll have an unripe fruit about 30 mins before I have lunch itself. Chicken Tika Masala made with quark in coconut oil. All nuts/seeds ground up in my coffee grinder and sprinkled on top after it’s cooked. I’ll have this in a grilled wholemeal pita with some lentils and boiled barley.

Dinner
Tablets – 1 X Betaine, 1 X Udo’s enzymes, , 1 X green tea
Food - Wild Alaskan Red Salmon, 1 Avocado, olives, 2 Oat cakes
Spices – Fresh Basil, Turmeric, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Parsley, Fenugreek, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Powder, Coriander, Pepper, chilli powder
Nuts/Seeds – 20g selection of Almond, Pine, Pistachio, Peanut, Cashew, Sesame, Sunflower, Pumpkin.
Powder – 8g Udo’s Wholesome Fast Food

Notes: Salmon is mashed, spices added and microwaved for a quick 20 seconds. After its zapped a little I’ll add in my ground nuts and seeds. I’ll have this mix with a baby avocado and some olives on oat cakes.

Supper
Tablets – 1 X Betaine, 1 X liquid aminos
Food – Chicken or Salmon & Steamed mixed fibrous veg: broccoli, pepper, mushrooms, onions, chives, black eyed peas, Bitter Gourd, Okra, Turnip, Balsamic vinegar
Spices – Fresh Basil, Turmeric, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Parsley, Fenugreek, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Powder, Coriander, Pepper, chilli powder

Notes: I’ll alternate between chicken and salmon for supper with vegetables steamed. I enjoy adding spices to prevent the food going too bland for my taste buds.

Pre-Bed
Food - 1 tablespoon peanut butter + 1 tablespoon quark
Powder - Myprotein Bedtime Extreme, 1g HMB
Tablets – 1 X GABA, 1 X 5-HTP 50mg
