hi all, just after some advice, i dont consider myself fat, but i have little belly fat i want to shift for the summer. i got to the gytm 3-4 times a week but i struggle to motivate myslef to do lots of cardio and not feel i get quick enough results. im considering getting some ephedrine, anyone got any expierience of using it or reccomend any other products to aid with calory burning? i dont want to take anything if that will make me lose muscle mass. cheers guys
