Day1 bench press, dips, dumbell press, chest machine
day2 military press, bent over barbell row, barbell curl, dead lifts
day3 squats, deadlift, leg press machine, sit up machine
day 4 Circuit training (general workout)
day 5 day off
day 6 day off
day 7 day off

diet during the week is cereal at 7am, half a tuna sarnie with salad at 10am and fruit, same at lunch (1pm), 5pm dinner pasta, shepards pie etc, protein shake 6pm, workout at 7:30pm, protein shake at 8:30, milk at 10pm before bed.

Am i doing something wrong, dont get me wrong i think i have a better figure now but really cant put on muscle bulk???

What are your stats, height and weight etc?
What are you trying to achieve?

Diet doesn't look great to be honest, not a huge amount of food at all?

PS. Welcome to MT

Your routine is rubbish and your diet is rubbish, that's why you haven't got anywhere, very simple.

M8 you don't state your weight and goals but I would say a ten year old should eat more than that!!

If you really are this clueless to bodybuilding (not meaning that nastily just saying) Then the best starting point it this.

Training, Diet, and Rest are ALL needed just as much as each other to build muscle.

All these factors need to be as spot on as your lifestyle allows for. At best your training is 50% of its potential and your diet is terrible and 20% again at best. Your rest is a little weird IE 4 on 3 off but you may well work shifts, again we need more info. You need at least 8 hrs kip a night to grow.

Hope this helps you on a path to getting more informed. BBing or just body improvement is a science. A lot of peeps just hit January and buy a gym membership and get no where fast and quit. Get informed and stick with it (like you are) It takes years to build a good body/drop a lot of fat.
