Got this the other day to see what it was about and makes interesting read . Just seems like it would would be damn hard to stick with

Anyone doing it , hows it going ?

Some of the days look like real buggers in terms of calories and carbs .

im doing it

so far into second week and it looks to be going very well for me

strength does nosedive mate but comes back with the carbload

you do feel like death during carb depletion and headaches and other things associated with ketosis occur too

carbload days look good , its the other days that look somewhat alarming .

Given you still posting you have not harmed anyone or been arrested in the depletion but my concern would be around some of the low calorie/carb days . Not a happy bunny on those kind of levels .

Will keep an eye out for your overall progress . I think however this one is not going to be for me .

OP carb depletion is 3.5 days, suck it up you have 1.5 days to carb load and the rest aint that bad

Mate if you still sane and running around with single digit BF % in few weeks . I will think about giving it go . I may have to remove myself from polite society on the depeletion days though , no issues with sucking it up , its just everybody else I am worried for

hahaha

I have to say though towards the ends of the last day of depletion i was a right miserable barsteward, very short fuse.

That was soon rectified by the carbup though, its like highs and lows, its rather addictive

i dunno whether ill be single digit but ill try

Not heard of it - didn't realise that it was such an accpeted concept that the TLA is to be commonly accepted on forums!

far from it James. Just trying something different. Was having issues that was hindering my progress on the plan you did for me, this seems to accommodate them if/when they do happen

UD2 is popular with american boards as such and only 1 post came up from a member who supposedly ran it on here when i did a search for it, seems rather unpopular in the UK

Besides im only supposed to run it for max of 6-7 weeks.
