Hey guys
Id appreciate some diet advice. Im 5'11, and weigh just over 15 stone, been training for 2 years and was 12 stone when i started.I do weights 4 times a week, and swimming twice. I want to pack on some muscle, but at the same time I have a slight belly, which i want rid of. A typical diet for the day would be:

7:30 Protein shake and yoghurt
8:00 3 scrambled egg whites on brown toast
9:30 Weetabix with skimmed milk
10:30 banana & handful of nuts
12:00 2 chicken breasts on sandwiches
15:00 Home made protein bar, low fat yoghurt and an orange
18:00 Steak, rice and veg
21:00 PWO cyclone shake & strawberries
22:00 Low fat cheese on crackers or low fat yoghurt
23:00 Protein shake

Any advice appreciated. Im a bit wary of adding to my diet for the time being, until I can shift my stomach!

Hi mate.

Generally you cannot cut and bulk at the same time.

Choose 1 goal and go for it.

Getting rid of the belly, would be the main goal at the minute
