I hate to say it, but middle class brats/brats in general. I often feel the need to burn them, i hate them so much. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, argh woof.

Funny that, ive ALWAYS thought that being asian, i was automatically at a disadvantage when it came to getting jobs. I was brought up to think this way, by people who were around when it was indeed the case. I still think it is rife TBH, but im so damn awesome i can break even racial barriers!

The people that use mobility buggies around Hythe (Kent) - they really haven't the slightest idea of how to drive them, and just gun it down the middle of the pavement at full speed. My daughter has nearly been hit many times - only quickly grabbing her has prevented a nasty accident. It would be nice if they were required to demonstrate some competency in operating the damn things.

I was about to say exactly that, in most cases it can viewed as either or.

Don't be silly! Everyone knows that at 18 a man from the government comes round your house and gives you a job if you Asian, or indeed anyone that isn't working class and white!!!

I would regard mine as a prejudice, but some of the others as annoyances/irritations.

Pejudice, "any unreasonable attitude that is unusually resistant to rational influence".

I think a lot of people here are just stating things that annoy them.

Going off the meaning from above I'm prejudice against people with HIV/AIDS. This came up in a thread a while ago. Although I know you can't catch it from contact I would not be comfortable with someone who was HIV+ or AIDS touching myself or children.

Is this the sort of thing you meant John?

I would very much like to share a view here. But it probarbly isnt wise, due to the nature of the job im about to venture into. All i will say is, many people would not class it as a prejudice, because id have to include myself!

fair enough you may be at a disadvantage overall, or for some jobs, I don't know the absolute overall situation and no-one probably ever will

I base my view on personal experience in the industry I am in.

I quite like them in that it helps me indentify the exact kind of person im dealing with.

Out of interest, could wrapping oneself in black plastic bin liners so that it's tight against your skin like a rubber/pvc dress, be classed as crossdressing?

I agree with you there. I was only jiving you, was not meant as anything more than a joke. I realised many years ago that in most jobs ill be at a disadvantage, i dont moan about it, I just work damn hard and crack on. The problem is, people refuse to see that you are ever placed at a disadvantage, but are quick enough to realise when you have an advantage. i.e. public service jobs. Im glad you see both sides if i am honest!

Queue Dennis Leary style rants....

I hate Chavs. I hate non contributing non members of society who add nothing but a burden to hard working people. Then they blame their plight on the Polish community.

I hate 15 year old mothers propegating the cycle of social services dependance

I hate people who tailgate. I hate people who will not let you in, in merge lanes, like losing one car length is life of death.

I hate Man Utd supporters who speak with a thick Westcountry accent. Them supporting Man U is like Vauxhall, cars for people who don't care about cars.

I hate 'born again donors (bikers), who think they can weave through traffic like Barry Sheene, with no regard for other road users or their own health.

I hate Happy Hardcore. It was unbearable 15 years ago, nothing has changed.
