I agree, but when you use a word to offend somebody its very different. Its like when you call a friend a 'cheeky bastard' in jest. You cant go around saying that to people who dont know you, as they may end up wanting to smack you one!
Me and my best mate, as we always stick together were given a loving duo nickname by out friends. 'Cracker and Blacker'. Still makes me smile, and its stuck as well!

have to agree with the christian one!
I went to a mixed religion school in NI and there was alot of bible bashers in there.
they generally acted like idiots not willing to listen to arguments suggesting that god my infact not exist. it was shoved doen peoples throat plenty- not by the school but certainly by certain pupils
I recall being asked on a few occassions 'if had my religious appiffiny yet' as if everyone will eventually become christian! (wat a load of c0ck)!
ironically many of these went on to be scientists studying the very thing that suggests there is no higher being!

Im gonna say this
(even tho it will fall on deaf ears), but if you continue the talk of racisim/ religions etc etc, its just going to decend into the usual BS of people getting arsy with one another, and we have had enough of that recently here........

Spoilt rich kids. I have no qualms with people who grew up better off than I did, at the end of the day there will always be someone with more cash than you. The people I'm talking about are those who paid for an education and look down on those that didn't and so forth. I also have to admit that I can quite defensive around people who like rap, mainly because people expect me to love it and are shocked when I tell them my favourite band is Iron Maiden. I guess its not so much a prejudice but a reaction to the fact that im sick of defending my choice of music!

Ive always known this, i just dare not say it. People just tell you your being silly and acting like a victim, never walking a mile in your shoes and knowing how the world really is. I gave up moaning about it a while ago, im actually any racists worst nightmare. Why? Because im successful, ive integrated fantastically well, im educated and i have white friends who are like brothers a beautiful white fiance that i 'stole from them'. What irritates them the most, is that i wont drop to their level and dislike people based on race.
Furyan, I have to agree with you on this! Its something that really got to me when I was a bit younger but not so much now. As far as I'm concerned people can have their preconceptions of me, but I will prove them wrong every time. I work hard, I'm honest and generally (if I do say so myself!) a nice person with an education and ambitions that go beyond "bling" and such crap.
Its a fine line between expecting someone to conform to a stereotype and genuine prejudice and this applies to just about everything that has been mentioned in this thread.

Rangers fans as they intimidate females, smash thing up for no reason, I think they all smell like wee and leave sh!t and litter everywhere.
Some people would argue this is not prejudice as it's not unfounded and irrational but it probably is prejudice as 1 or 2 of them might not smell of wee.

There are many people who dont like fat people or real out of shape people, many admit it on here also. But Im pritty sure that 99% wont insult or abuse these kinds of people to thier faces. Why?
Its called human decency and most people dont want to cause upset to someone because they simply dont like them.
I think your playing the Racist card a bit strong bro IMO. People dont like other groups of people for many reasons besides skin tone and the World still goes on.
